neuraPATHS test upload

This is a test build for a current project.
Its basically the tutorial phase of the game.

CONTROLS:
left cube (left stick)(WASD)(E- interact)

right cube(right stick)(ijkl)(u-interact)

there are no penalties built in, basically strictly for navigation from the title through the basic tutorial (without instructions).
